  • Information about Inland ENC’s (Electronic Navigational Charts) and Inland ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System)

 

Support of RIS Services by Inland AIS (Automatic Identification System)

  • Serves specific requirements for inland navigation to support RIS services
  • Based on the Maritime AIS
  • Direct data exchange between seagoing and inland vessels in mixed traffic areas
  • Specific requirements for inland navigation are complementary or additional to maritime AIS
